Breaking Bad at the Breakfast Club on Valentine's Day

The saying: "If you can not beat them; you might as well join them", is probably a fact of life and gives justification to every action a person does.

For criminals do happen every where. Whether created in birth, in the name of love, to obtain money, or to even secure personal satisfactions to do things that are illegal or immoral; each their own reason for doing it.

It is simple yet complicated human nature I do believe - that we all possess enough good in us to appear normally acceptable while being secretive in the desires of our souls that makes us criminals by the things we do illegally or
immorally.

So what makes one crime of passion or one breaking of the law worse than another? Association by those you mingle with will make it illegal or not.

The written law and social order of judicial justice is merely an ancient system that has more faults and failures than any other employable occupation. It does not mean that we should not try to uphold the law and be respectable when we can and seek to be morally humane people. But the fact is that if you do want to be a good person and strive to be; the loneliness or
individual deprivations you feel in your self from doing the right things in the wrong world we live in, can be devastating.

Human relationships can be the hardest thing to maintain in life. To keep the emotions feeling good. To ease the feelings of frustrations that come from relentless, effort, and sheer work it takes to be an effective communicator with those closest to you every day.

From spouses, partners, children, work associates and extended family members or even friends; people are work in nature when trying to have any kind of humane relationship with.

For some, they make it almost impossible to be close, near or involved
in their lives. For others, you couldn't make them lose or forget your number if you paid them a million dollars! People can be just that difficult at times.

A Person I Used to Know swore to herself as a child that one day, she would take the wrong, illegal and immoral experiences done to her to flip it. Take all the negative productions of others who hurt harmed her to make sure she wouldn't do the same things to others. Well guess what, this person was me and still is to a degree.

But through learning and maturing and living good experiences of my life, as well as moving past all that bad; I realize I got my own demons too. I got my own immoral, unlawful, and negative aspects too.

I do not strive to be perfect anymore. I do not strive to put on a show for no one. I do not seek to create understanding as I once did about my life or to defend or offend the truth by the facts of my own life's experiences. I started using my new skillfulness to enjoy my life that I have  gained through self-therapy of learning DBT and enhancing the good of me while trying to decrease the negative of myself.

The TV series, Breaking Bad, is a perfect indicator of the good versus evil dilemma that each individual human endures. It's extreme in the  storyline and believable characters of Walt and Jesse plots to produce meth.

The entanglement that comes from their individual desires to be wealthy and for Walt to provide for his family as well as his own personal passion for the chemistry behind making meth is a show that leaves ones questioning their own self. The moral. The lawful. The positive. The negative. Family. Friends.Employment. Love. Hate.

I have been consumed into Breaking Bad on Netflix. The sorrow and grief I am feeling to see the series ends breaks my heart. As if I have been having a secret love affair of this show's explosive, realistic and soulful doses of truth and facts.
It's only estrogen's interpretation I suppose or the fact that I get overly obsessed and consumed whole heartedly in what I do or view of my favorite shows and movies.

But on this Valentine's Day, the show Breaking Bad comes to mind for it is a "Damned if you. Damned if you do not." Kind of life
that each of us has felt, survived, thrived and lived to enjoy through.

Being individually who you are and accepting your dark shadows and your brightest lights you have to share and offer is a personal journey that each of us can only truly travel alone anyways.

Sharing with others is wonderful when time and opportunity allow us to enjoy the presence of those we enjoy the greatest. But even as we are birthed solo in this world; we will journey solo to meet our death too.

Do not regret or beat yourself up so bad over the things you have did in your past. Leave them there. Learn and move on on to continue and enjoy. As long as you are not hurting another intentionally, you deserve to live your life by the standards you
accept about yourself. It has taken me almost my whole life to believe this in myself too. To stand up and say take me or leave me but my life will go on by the directions I choose. To feel good about every Yes or No I speak and share. To be affirmed in my choices and the consequences of my actions.

I think that's kindly the whole summary of the Breaking Bad series. If you live life by the "Damned if you do" or "Damned if you do not" by the standards set by others for you; then you have already lost out on living life by being with the
wrong company the whole time.

Sacrifices are meant to be made in every relationship we have; but when you find yourself
giving more resources or being the sole problem solver to other's problem creations; it's time for a change.

My favorite Breakfast Club quote from the 80s gives perfect example of how to give individual acceptance to self as a enlightening view too.

"Dear Mr. Vernon, we accept the fact that we had to sacrifice a whole Saturday in detention for whatever it was we did wrong. What we did *was* wrong. But we think you're crazy to make an essay telling you who we think we are. You see us as you want to see us.

In the simplest terms, in the most convenient definitions. But what we found out is that each one of us is a brain...and an athlete......and a basket case......a princess...and a criminal...Does that answer your question?... Sincerely yours, the Breakfast Club."

To each generation their own discoveries of who they are but for me, somewhere between the Breaking Bad at the Breakfast Club; I accept all that I am! Good. Bad. Negative. Positive. Perfect. Imperfect. Moral. Immoral. Lawful. Unlawful.

Take me or leave me but I will always be your loss is my motto!

Television shows and movies has a way to creep in our emotional veins and to make addicts of us. Leaving us to the silent thoughts of our individual self. What we do with this information that we gain from the media we enjoy is entirely up to each of us.

I admit that I am a brain, athlete, basket case, princess, criminal, Danger & a Yo Bitch!!!!!

So, what truths or facts do you admit about your self, your life, and the relationships you have current in your life?

No one can tell you what love should or should not be for you. No one can tell you that are you miserable unless you choose to believe what they say about yourself.

For me, every day is a grain of sand sliding through an hourglass. What I do with those
sands of glass are up to me. I can spend time in grief, loss, sorrow, or regret counting each sand as a constant reminder of the mistakes and hurt done to me or I can pick that sand up daily to make the biggest, largest and finest creation of sand castles that wants to be built! I choose to build new sand of time every day that I am granted to live and hope I have others who share the same excitement of living daily life with too. For good company of the best stuff in life is the sweetest aroma, taste, and sensations a person could give and receive in.

Traditions and dates on a calendar of history is only a sharing lesson and nothing more. To be respectful of any holiday is to live it truly as you feel you need and want to do to produce your own happiness and perhaps, even enlighten some one else in their holiday. But to each their own defining and meaning.

For if Valentine's Day is a thorn in your side today or always was; ask yourself, What are you doing to remove the thorns? What are you doing to grow your own roses for yourself? Why are you wasting time by not being the bloom you want to be?

Company of people we keep will either be a reminder of thorns we have or be the blooms we need to enjoy life. Even in opposite attractions of relationships that produce negativity; it can be positively used to motivate a liberal from the conservative. Or in perfect soul mate love, it can be an undeniable experience that carries you through all sands of time to keep you moving proudly in who you truly are and having that one special person to share time with.

Time is too short to let another define you or to share company with anyone that takes more than they give. Humble yourself. Say thank you. Wear your emotions proudly and smile and share laughter every where. Time will always be too short in retrospect and we only have today to make sure those we love know it and those who do not love us back are let go of.

Daily Connections

Every one has their own routine or regimen of tasks, hobbies or fulfillment
of time that they do. For some, it consists mostly of television, cable, or Internet.
For others, it is doing everything but the above.

I know for those who have no Internet connection or electronic connections that
they could not imagine the hype of new electronics,
daily typing or texting addictions and the being glued to a monitor or screen some where.

While those who do this repetitively every day, could not imagine life without having
some kind of electronic tool of pleasure or social fun at their use of every minute of
every day.

I think moderation is truly key. Unplug one's focus of electronics to be active in their
community, at their home with who they reside or even getting outdoors to admire
and appreciate nature that never fails to provide a peaceful aura to us, when we stop
and take focus of the magic youthfulness presented that only nature can give.

These last few weeks, I have had more technology and computer issues that anyone could
possibly imagine. Unless you speak the language of BIOS, hardware issues, jumper cables
in a computer and power sources and internal processing that make a computer light up
and function properly.

A Person I Used to Know was as a curious watcher of anyone that would tear open
broken things to diagnosis problems. The million pieces to find that one broken piece to put it
back together with hopes of operational repair.

The individual who watched a repair person tearing up something to fix something was an excitement
that probably only children get to view. Adults complain of costs. Adults fear the expenses. Adults
think the worst of everything broken and forget the journey of taking that one broken piece laid
out in a million piece array to fix it. Adults forget to compliment their self when repairing things.
Adults forget alot of the simple joys that only children can get when things break.

This repair person that I witnessed as a child was not afraid to take apart televisions, VCRs, washers, dryers,
motors for coal furnaces, motors to vehicles, transmissions to vehicles, computers, and anything else
that had a case or a housing that needed to be removed to find the covered internal workings of an object
to fix it. Many times, it did lead to piles of discarded trash from others that this repair person felt they
could diagnose and fix cheaper than buying new again.

This person was me and still is when it comes to fixing or repairing versus buying new. The repair person
I childishly enjoyed watching fix things when curse words wasn't flying or slinging tools didn't produce fear was
my father.

He was a dark personality with a criminal silent and social soul. But his intellectual ingenuity that
did repair many items in my youth would always amazed me with his fearlessness to fix things that were broken.

He had a relentless hope to repair things even if he kept plain trash. That was his addiction to fix the
unrepairable. It was the most valuable thing he ever taught me that I still apply in my life now.
To repair what is broken if possible but avoid buying new. Somehow, that never left me including my own
electronics.

Even though his actions of his life produced more negative than positives to me; I can still smile and
recall happy that my criminal dad taught me.

For his criminal ways would always produce and reflect a greater shadow on who he was and the choices he made negatively
in his life that produced ill harm upon others. But his life could have had an endless possibility of potential
had he only applied him self in a lawful and moral standard. For his intellect knew better but his dark addictions
never could allow him to get past them.

One does not have to be an expert of any specific trait, training or education to be a contributor,
but very few see it is as this in our detailed oriented
social culture of acceptance or rejections we live in.

But I learned my fearlessness of life about mechanics, learning, and ethic values of working, being productive
and even repairing many things in my life from this person I used to call my dad.

I do not speak to him anymore. Sometimes, the criminal aspects of a person's life and the safety of your own life; do play
key important factors in who you associate with now and do not anymore.

But every time, I break down a computer tower to get inside with amazement of numbers, operation factors,
and every cable; I am in as much awe as I was when I used to watch others do it and now I am doing it.

Sometimes, the greatest obstacles we must face to survive our experiences will teach us lessons that we value
even when we are surviving.

These survivals can be conflicting for others to survive or even understand. But the thing is that if you can overcome
a tragedy of loss of any kind and still smile or laugh about it when emotions settle of shock and time allows
you to reflect back with a smile or a happy  memory; take it.

Let that happy memory be what you retain and not the bad. Memories are like a processor in a computer. They do try to
over ride the logical or rational reasoning of life. Emotions can be very disabling as a virus in a computer would be.

But in changing thoughts, perceptions and how you choose to see something, instead of just constant gloom and doom;
your brain will accept the new views or visuals you give it of memories. Those bad memories will slowly be erased
and be replaced by the happier views, perceptions and thoughts that you give it now.

Reprogramming the brain and emotions
is hard to do for the human body has no reboots, no new disk drives and no internal jumper cables to try again. It takes
sheer personal and individual will power to do it.

I used to be the world's worst person and even at times still catch myself falling back into the old of my unhealthiness
of thoughts, emotions, and personal perceptions.

For one thing today would go wrong and it was automatically the fault
of something that occurred almost 20 years ago.

Painful trauma does have an invisible way to keep producing
unhealthiness inside a person that churns like a hurricane until you learn new skills to help you to step out away
from the hurricane.

To accept that mild storms and things beyond your control or even things you did that were in your control;
can be changed. It is never easy to change. For it is so much easier to tell others how to live instead of
focusing on changing self.

The daily is a present gift that is meant to be lived in the moment. My daily addiction is this blog, along with music, working
with my hands whether it is typing, learning to strum a guitar, sewing, reading, singing karaoke and for me; electronics add value to myself
to help me feel good.

I feel productive when I am doing all the above. These are not the only things I accomplish every
day for myself but they are my top happy day producers. Getting on Facebook to give my friends and family a cheerful
hello or a quote that might help their day or sharing laughter that only the insiders of the joke who shared with me will get.

But unplugging one's self with moderation is the only way to balance it too. Too much of a good thing can lead to being a bad
thing. Just ask someone in jail!

I should feel shame to admit to strangers on my blog that
I am an addict of this daily electronic happiness known as my computer and Internet socializing and learning; but this
works for me. No one else has to understand it. They only need to accept it or not. That's their choice.

For my happiness in me, comes from within deep and I only wish to share that.

For the tragedies, traumas, and unexpected life's surprises are out there every day waiting to rock some one's world
upside down and inside out in some types of personal, individual or family issue. If we can not share the rainbows
we feel; even when going through our own hurricane; then what is living life all about anyways?

I came across this quote and feel compelled to share today. Basically all I am doing is touching bases today and hopefully
now that I am electronically stable again after many hours spent on this computer problem solved; I'll be back at the
factual learning curve I am on and sharing facts of life in a whole new view that covers many topics.

"There is no wifi in the forest, but we promise you'll find a better connection." - Unknown

Moderation is key to every thing to build, gain, achieve and produce consistency. If you must be a criminal,
do it in moderation and make sure that you will be only hurting yourself in the worst case of scenarios or
present the facts to your life of what you are doing. Be affirmed in what you choose to do for yourself.

People have been confusing, using ineffective communication and telling others what they should or should not do
for as long as the first human beings spoke upon this Earth.

So live life by your comforts. Live life to move past
your discomforts. Seek no acceptance or understanding from another human being. Seek only to share and keep moving
forward. For to do otherwise, is not only to decrease your own happiness and validation in your self that others
simply can not and will not give you. They are not the living, breathing soul that you are and you are not they.

Adults can be so selfish, centered, stubborn, rude, immature, mean, cruel and quite manipulative and vindictive.
How well you get along with others of these worst character traits is entirely up to you to be as they are and participate
in their shadows by allowing them to become your own or simply moving forward to step into the sun and appreciate
all the beautiful warmth, bright, and feel good you choose with out this shadowing darkness upon you.

We all must find that daily joy that adds to our self and our life. We are no more responsible for assisting others
to find their joys than they are for us.

I am thankful that I do have wonderful, caring, sharing, enlightening and positive
people in my life. Though, their roles in my life is not as daily absorbing as I would like to share with them
due to distance, time, space, and finances - we still do the best we can to know we still care enough to reach out to
appreciate each other. That's all we could ever ask from another.

To make time to share laughter. To share smiles. To create those happy memories that are waiting upon us
and even when they pass as life continues on; to appreciate the emotional values that they happened and learn to
move forward from.

Life can either be lived in reverse with regrets or to keep moving forward. Regrets are in the past and do not need
any more time in the present than what you consent to give them. Nothing should ever be avoided in life because honestly,
you can change your perceptions, views and emotions toward anything or anyone that you want too.

If you want change, you can make it happen even if you have to learn new skills and seek the ability
in yourself to become fearless and try.

If you already feel like you failed then what do you have to lose by getting right back up and keep trying to
move forward.

If we waited for others to keep picking us up; we'd never walk and never have a life anyways.

Anyone can do it when they want too. So every day become the moderation person you wanted to always be.

Forget fears. Forget rejections. Forget strange or stupid comments.

Be yourself and be the happiest that you want to be, even if doing it solo. You may have never been in control of the
genetics of your composition or those early years of your life. But the you that you are today and every
day forward; you do control. You can change what you want to be, feel, think and become in life.

No one can ever take away the core of your internal but you. They
can try. But they will never win, no matter what they do; unless you consent to their beliefs and never establish your
own.

Daily Live to Have Fun

Daily live to have fun sounds too hard to accomplish on an already full daily timing, does it not?

For most, fun and time; are two things that every one has in common and really share in the language of the way we live our lives.

For those with money, have no time to have fun. For those with money do have time but no money to help them have fun. For fun to be had it mostly has consisted of having money in our current day culture to be able to go out, eat, shop, socialize, travel and even having electronic luxuries or any hobby of fun usually does take an initial investment for a hobby to be had of fun even if it is only buying a pen and paper to write or paint and canvas to paint. Not including the more expensive hobbies that produce a recurrent expense like video games or online subscriptions of fun.

We have excelled the culture of today in to boredom because no one has the money to invest in self nor do they really have time. For what use to be spent outdoors inventing games that children used to do has now been replaced with electronic devices, more household messes indoors and unhealthier children who lack muscle tone unless they pay for a gym membership.

Daily fun sounds like an ancient or even foreign ritual that our ancestors did because they lacked the means to do any better. They lived and survived by the rising and setting of the sun. If they couldn't get their home tasks, work and fun done before dark - it would not happen.

In today's luxuries of comforts and conveniences we have - this has also increased our chances that we gain idle mind, idle time, and idle hands. We feel we must text immediately back who ever texts us. That the phone can not ring without running to see who it is and then sitting to talk. That we can not use the options not to chat online but we can do simple Hellos or emails to stay in touch.

A Person I Used to Know always had fun of focus on her thoughts, emotions, actions and in her life. Every day, there would be something that she promised that she would do for her self to make her life happy, fun, content, and increase her own betterment in the process. For television is a nice hobby but the stationary aspects of being a TV addict were not her vibe. Computers add a nice verbal release in writing and sharing pertinent information from her own living experiences to perhaps, help assists others. For writing is her passion too. Then there is learning a guitar, sewing quilts and enjoy the facial visits of those who visit her home. But talking on the phone unless it is for important matters - never was her thing. For she saw her 24 hours a day as getting a slice of her pie. This does make it hard for her to balance sometimes and for others to accept her. For she can be very social but she loves her time to be introvert for herself too. Children are usually the teachers and leaders of managing time better than adults can. For they make their fun. This person I speak of is me and still is.

Looking at all my hobbies, I realize that none would have ever been possible without that grand old dollar bill to make the initial investment into my happiness. For computers, pen, paper, guitar, sewing machines and even the wood fire that I hobby myself with in the winter time to produce heat - takes an initial investment with chain saw and gas to cut my own wood or pay some one else to deliver it for me.

So with that said, investment control and managing is the issue along with the money to produce daily happiness. Every budget in America does have more pennies that can be pinched or better spent elsewhere. Even in my budget, I do see where pennies could be pinched but when sharing a living environment with family, it takes equal contributions from every one and not just one person to do it. But as a team effort, even in living with others; pennies can be earned by taking away from one thing that does not produce daily joy for you to place it elsewhere to achieve daily joy.

Many times, unhappy people see nothing and feel nothing but the unhappiness. They never see that unhappiness does and will pass. By what one thinks, feels, or sees, or hears does has alot to do with how personally fast unhappiness passes. Most of the time we dream of unobtainable goals or materials we want that we produce our own unhappiness, worry, anxiety and frustrations. Instead of focusing on what is today; we let it slip by until each individual day because years gone that we can not get back.

So in your busy life examine your finances. Think of an obtainable hobby that you can do daily and budget to invest into it. Many mothers and women are the hardest to convince to spend time and investment money on one's self. For females tend to be internally programmed to mother every one and take care of others before self that she forgets nor does not place importance of taking care of her self and her wants and needs.

Males are viewed as weak if they generally cry or show their loving side. Females are viewed as mean, cruel, selfish and even wrong for stopping and making time for her self. But we all need and deserve a daily recharging of introversion for our self. For this internal refueling whether by meditation, exercise, silence or a hobby  one enjoys helps produce good endorphins in the brain that helps relieves the stress and anxieties and hectic life that one can feel. But in working your life to view it as a daily fun or happiness for you - will not only help you to stay centered to who you are but when you are with others; you will appreciate their presence more and can be there for them. For you won't be in front of some one talking or listening to them and really thinking of the next 100 things that you have to do.

Of all that time and our culture has taught us, the one thing I fear that it is teaching our society is for people to forget how to be an iindividual. Individuality is a key factor in the progressions of humanity. Without producing individuals that break stereotypes, labels, and idle hands and idle minds - we will end up in a time and place where our ancestors will be rolling into the grave and burning the history books in which we learn from. For knowledge and education to be valuable, it must be applied in daily individual lives to progress from and if we progress social tools and regress individual people then we have learned nothing at all no matter what we read or learn. So commit to daily individual fun for yourself. The rest will adapt and accept or they won't. But if they can not give you a little daily time for your needs then is your life really a sharing happy or content experience anyways? Only you can answer and find for your self.

The Emotions of Legal Grief and Loss

Have you ever considered the relations of emotions produced in matters of legal or lawful issues? Many times when dealing with lawful consequences of actions or circumstances that arise; emotions will increase with legality issues.

A Person I Used to Know has felt and experienced the emotional roller coaster ride of the Legal system in America. For the legal system is an unfair and unequal Law & Order that only effectively works in the fantasy of a television show.

The greatest emotions this person came to know with the Legal system was grief and loss. This person was me and still is.

I experienced the grief and loss when a parent criminal abuser was taken out of the home under investigation for the sexual abuse crimes he committed against my sister and I. Then his presence was restored in the home. As the investigation deemed him rehabilitated and safe to be around. So the reintroduction began.

Then the revictimization process began when being legally bound to this biological father who was a criminal that started abusing me again. His legal rehabilitation failed his recovery and failed to protect me from his repeated abuse.

The intensity of being a silent hostage to his supporters and a legal system that failed to protect me - when they had the chance - really left me as a 10 year old child trusting no justice. Trusting no legal matters. Trusting no adult. Trusting no one.

Learning how to use my own intuition of what to do to stop the abuse and escape the abuse. The chaos of this situation continued until I was almost 12 years old when I told my mother what he had abused me again for almost 2 years of my childhood again. The abuse stopped.

But it took me until I was almost 14 years old, before I gained enough strength to tell on him to a guidance counselor at school. For I figured I had nothing to lose and everything of safety, protection, and legal justice to gain; so no other child would ever be hurt by this repeat sexual child abuser again and to let him know that his behavior, actions, and crimes committed against me were legally wrong.

He may have been granted the privilege to create me with my mother to produce me. But he would never dominate my life nor keep me as his submissive silent hostage to conceal his crimes. His tactics of fear with his supporters may have kept others silent but I would not be one of them. He had abused a dozen children sexually before he abused my sister and I and my second attack from him.

So when he was sentenced by pleading guilty to serve a 5-10 year sentence for the crimes he committed against me; the grief and sorrow continued.

The grief and loss within me would never have been so deep if it had not been for the other abusers in the family who supported my criminal father more than they supported me.

The grief and loss would not have been so bad of this new justice ruling if proper treatment, recovery, and effective healing efforts were more effective by our system in the 90s for victims and survivors of family crimes of Incest and Religious Ritual Abuse.

Had I not witnessed the grief and loss of my mother, sister, and brother crying annually and losing our father by my actions of how I felt to seek legal justice and do what I felt was morally right by turning him in - I would have learned how to celebrate the law, justice and be proud of what I had done that so many rejected and refused to do before me.

For standing up in any court of law to announce the criminal who hurt you with crimes they chose to do to you; is and will be the hardest acts of motivation and personal courage and strength that anyone can do to help them self. It is worrying about the input of others and their well-being before your own; that the grief and loss of lawfulness hurts so bad. But when you choose to get the justice that you need - be empowered by it. Not grief filled and like you are losing. Focus on the big picture of what you will gain.

I spent many years in personal harmful thoughts and emotions of: guilt, shame, hurt, pain, and silent internal damaging dialogues to myself. I felt like I had done the wrong because I turned him in to the law for the criminal he was.

It took many years for me to learn how not to do this to myself. What should have been a day of celebration that put a criminal away was the hardest years of my life with his incarceration and the grieving loss of blame that was misplaced upon me by adult abusers of my life. No one should ever feel bad for doing the morally right thing or obeying laws by turning the criminals in.

As time has continued long past the abuse, divorcing the abusive supporters of this family, and living my life to undo this old to build back happier and healthier new in myself - I am still finding legal law to be a grieving and loss process.

For having certain medical conditions it does come with a legal driving responsibility and insurance repercussions that you will only experience; if you personally these types of medical conditions that limit or restrict your ability to safely drive.

Many people take their choices in lives for granted. They take their good or stable health for granted every day. They take lawful and legal and moral choices for granted.

Many intentionally and selfishly make choices that do not only compromise their own health, safety, and protection for granted, but their decisions end up jeopardizing and hurting others by what they do.

They hurt them self in their choices and hurt those closest to them. These types of individual choices that leads to legal or criminal prosecution produce loss and grief to the criminal, as well as those closest to them. For what one chooses to take for granted and gets legally caught up in does and will hurt others too.

But for those with medical conditions, there is no choice nor control to say - I will not have Cancer today. I will not have a seizure today nor will I be blind today.

Individuals who have uncontrollable medical conditions can not stop the legal grief and loss they feel because of the limitations that have to live within.

There is a medical justice of lawfulness that is not fair to them. But to keep them safe and others; they have no choice. They can break the laws of this medical lawful justice but legally, criminally, financially, or civilly they will be held  accountable when they fail to adhere to the law should they ever break that law and produce harm upon others because they failed to uphold the law with the medical restrictions they have in their life.

The hardest grief and loss that I have ever experienced with the law was not of the crimes done to me as a young child and the loss of my criminal dad going to jail - but it has been an adult.
Lying to a lawful system about my medical condition. Trying to be safe to drive without following lawful protocol. I am becoming wiser and mature enough now to understand the errors of my ways to do it right.

But it is hard when having medical conditions and admitting to your self that these conditions exist in you. It's even harder to face the world that is structured to keep healthy people safe as well as legally safe for those who do have in stable or uncontrollable medical conditions.

Life is about taking steps. Children must take baby steps and fall a million times before they perfect the motion of walking on both of their legs.

Adults are no different. For the experiences of our lives and choices we make will produce consequences that makes us stumble, wobble, and fall down repeatedly. But what we do with each experience and choice we make and the consequences that come from this - admitting, accepting, and facing reality is still easier to do; even with loss and grief; than it is to take a bad situation and make it worse. Denying a problem or medical condition does not make it go away. But it will only make consequences worse by doing nothing at all.

Medical conditions that produce uncontrollable or instability in a patients life and those closest to them do endure a daily struggle that most will not know - unless they personally experience this.

But to deny that you are not accountable to the actions you do, with or without medical conditions, will detail the character and personality of who you really are and to pardon your consequences - because you have a medical condition is to only coward from the problem and be fearful of the outcome to do the right, legal and lawful thing when you do know better.

If you are healthy, do not take it for granted. If you are able to commute and drive yourself where you want to go, do not take it for granted. If you curse the laws, do not take them for granted.

For even in the imperfections and out dating of the old laws - it is still the law not to be taken lightly nor for granted. Society does evolve quicker than the law can keep up with our changes. But that does not allow us to be freely pardoned from the consequences of the choices we make. Medical conditions have their own individual and personality accountability to be upheld to stay safe and to be a moral and lawful person; is never easy but for those who have medical conditions - it can seem like a grey line of life that is not fair.

But to do the right thing in the hardest of realities we face. It is still worth a greater price of reward to pay for doing the right and lawful thing than it is paying for the crimes you committed because you fail to adhere to law.

Be grateful for all the experiences of life you have been given and the learning lessons of consequences gained of what they have taught you to do and what not to do.

Every one struggles with many different things every day. Some of us just have a medical label upon us that we didn't choose. It takes a greater personal accountability and responsibility than most know as stress in their lives. But do not take your condition for granted. You deserve to live as long as you can making the most of each day regardless of the condition you have. Being a good moral and lawful person speaks higher of your character than any thing you get labeled as anyways. Accept, admit and move forward to work with your medical conditions and not against them. Life could always be better but it can always be worse too so do not take the law, morals, and daily living for granted.

The Facts of Gambling Fear with Diagnosis of Seizures and Epilepsy

A Person I Used to Know felt fearless for many years with her seizure disorder. This person is medically speculated to have Temporal Lobe Epilepsy and Non epileptic Seizure Disorders by her neurologists and medical doctors. For the expensive testing to confirm conclusiveness about the source of her origin of these seizures was and is financially impossible for her to continue upon. So she did the best thing she could and decided to get educated and not be fearful about her seizures.

Her fearlessness about her seizures came from the hours of research she did to take care of herself. The education she gained while seeking medical treatment for these seizures taught her how to continue to live her life while being honest about awareness, prevention and safety to others she met and worked with. She felt comfortable in her seizure condition that she could not stop from not happening but yet felt safe enough to stay fearless with the exceptions of a few minor life changes in her life to given prevention and safety to her conditions.

She started out in her late teens by having only Generalized Tonic Clonic seizures - known as Grand Mal seizures - while asleep. Then the seizures progressed to Generalized Tonic Clonic seizures while awake with no warning sign of an aura. Then the auras of Simple Partial seizures began that would give prelude warning to a Tonic Clonic seizure. Then these Simple Partial seizure auras would occur with no full blown generalized Tonic Clonic Seizure.

Seizures are a complex medical condition that are loaded with more mysteries than answers or medical resolution and stability for many who suffer from seizures. To treat seizures is expensive. To find out the origin of seizures is even more expensive. The factual threats of anyone living with seizures is: Sudden Unexplained Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP) and Status Epileptic. Death rarely occurs with seizures but it does happen with drownings, suffocating while sleeping, falls, and vehicular accidents.

The dictionary facts of fear and gamble are below.

I present these words of factual education about fear and gambling together, because when a person is diagnosed with seizures or caring for those you love with seizure disorders; these should never be taken lightly and should be given very serious consideration of what to do and not to do in one's life.

Legal laws and the Americans with Disabilities Act can assist in preventing discrimination and help individuals who have seizures to live a full safe life.

However, the primary responsibility of maturity and healthier living can only can come from the choices and life preservation of the person who has the seizures. Please read and be safe and learn to be mature and responsible when having a seizure disorder; even if it hurts or is scary.

Fear:
- A feeling of agitation and anxiety caused by the presence or imminence of danger
- A state or condition marked by this feeling
- A reason for dread or apprehension
- To be afraid or frightened of
- To consider probable; expect
- Concern

Gamble:
- To bet on an uncertain outcome, as of a contest
- To play a game of chance for stakes
- To take a risk in the hope of gaining an advantage or a benefit
- To engage in reckless or hazardous behavior
- To expose to hazard; risk
- Any matter or thing involving risk or hazardous uncertainty

Seizures can produce fear before a seizure occurs and especially after one has happened to any patient. Gambling your seizure life in the choices you make can help you - or they can hurt you worse and those around you; depending on what you choose to do in your actions with your seizure disorders.

Never take it for granted that you are and will be 100% in complete remission from a seizure from happening again. Seizures are never guaranteed to go away completely by any medical professional. The longer you go without a seizure can be hopeful but never guaranteed that they will not return in your life.

Many individuals have went decades free of seizures and would have them return. Because once you are susceptible to one seizure once in your life; your risk increases factually in stats - that you will have another.

You will have probably have another, so do not take one seizure for granted but as a warning sign to be careful and preventative. Especially if your seizure origin is never medically or scientifically proven. Even with the best of medication control, there is no 100% safe guarantee that seizures will not happen again. Never take your seizure disorder for granted and carelessly void to give daily prevention and safety to your seizure condition.

Gambling with seizures will become a losing battle, if you are not careful, educated, and learn awareness to all the preventable mishaps that can occur with seizures.

To legally drive or not to drive is the hardest individual and personal choice that a person of seizures will ever face or make. To drive or not to drive both come at a cost to the person who has a seizure. But choosing to drive also comes with a price too. Legally you could drive but what are you willing to accept the consequences of this choice is something bad would happen?

Many states and countries vary in their restrictions, limitations and approvals to granting individuals with seizure disorders a driver license. Vehicle insurance coverages also have limitations, failures to provide coverage, and failure to pay claims when accidents are produced by a person who knows they have a seizure disorder and fail to report it to their vehicle insurance. Many do not report their seizure disorder to their vehicle insurance company and only find out the hard way that will not pay when an accident occurs.

Individuals with seizure disorders also have faced jail time and felony charges for deaths occurring by the accidents produced by a person who has seizures as well. So be careful and weigh out the balances of what works for you safely and those around you.

Seizures are a fearful gamble where the seizures will win when you are not educated, responsible, mature and take this condition for granted for the seriousness that it is.

No one chooses to have a seizure in their life. But when you do have a seizure; you must act accordingly and use all precautions and education you can to protect your life; as well as others around you.

It is not fair. It can be disheartening. But it can also be empowering and help you appreciate the life you do live. For your battles that you face are not what many will understand nor comprehend because of what you thrive to survive and live with every day.

There is no shame in any medical condition. No one should feel bad that they were chosen to have seizures. So be the example of what seizure prevention, seizure awareness, and seizure protection should be because you maybe the only person that another ever knows about seizures that could save your life or the life of another.

Crossing uncomfortable bridges is what life is about. Life can go on and will continue on for you with seizures by what you choose to learn and know and then how you apply this information.

This whole blog post today is by my personal experience of surviving seizures for almost 20 years of my life. I am not exempt in making hard choices that I do not want to make. But I also have to be responsible, mature, and to ensure my own safety and those around me because seizures chose me to the example of what to do and not to do. I did not choose this must it is a fact about my life that I must accept and do the best I can with. I value my life and will do all I can to help myself and help others to understand and learn too.

Why is CVS Pharmacy Stopping the Sale of Tobacco Products?

News headlines occasionally strike emotions up in me over one ignorant fact or another. But today's newest corporation movement headlines makes me angry by their discrimination to not sale my legal addiction choice of tobacco. Not that I purchased from this store; but if one store can do it - watch out for others will too. To discriminate against one addict without offending them all who make poor health choices is hypocrisy of service to all customers! So what are the real facts for CVS Pharmacy banning tobacco?

CVS Pharmacy announces they will be banning all tobacco retail products from their stores this year. CNN reports an in depth article of CVS Pharmacy plan to stop selling tobacco products. They claim this is to promote "health" to their customers by limiting access to purchase tobacco.

But what about the other dangerous unhealthy items they sale? Tobacco is only a portion of the major health issues produced by a consumer's choice to purchase what they want contributing to their poor or ill health.

What is the real story behind their decision to ban tobacco and lose millions in revenue? Could it have something to do with greater financial benefits of hidden tax credits, health care deductions and health care incentives to their corporation hidden in the pages of Obama care? What business would give up millions of dollars in revenue if they were not going to profit in a larger margin? Think about it.

As a person who chooses to uses legal tobacco instead of other unhealthy addictions as my  choice; I can tell you in my rural area of subjection and professional experience of working with others and being around a rainbow of people who had unhealthy addictions and made poor choices in their health care - that tobacco is only one slice of a very large pie of the unhealthy addictions that people do.

Tobacco products and their users are publicly demonstrating their unhealthiness. They know they are considered unhealthy and publicly critized and boldly do not care what onlookers view them as. For we are real and factual that we enjoy the unhealthy product! But it's an easy visual target to debate, dispute and verbally down or judge another human being for their choice to use tobacco. Calling one addict bad or unhealthy does not pardon your own unhealthiness either! Some of us just visually do not care to legally use tobacco as our unhealthy consumer choice!

Publicly tobacco use is becoming less accepted with rude looks and snarled noses of how bad a tobacco user is when they light up in public or spit out a wad of tobacco in a spit toon or on the ground. Tobacco users are legally proud people because they are not ashamed of their  unhealthy legal choice to use tobacco.

Unlike the many alcohol abusers who have diabetes, high blood pressure, migraines, withdrawals, large bellies and obese weight issues that they carefully try to keep hidden behind the peering eyes of the viewing public by being closet drinkers or are addicts of alcohol to cope in their life.

What about the individuals who use food or soda as comforting addiction foods or who purge and gorge them self in unhealthy food choices that creates a very visual unhealthy Body Mass Index size where their mid-section or formerly known as waist used to be?

How much does it cost to treat anorexia or bulimia? What about the prescription medication addicts who take so many pills that they never know if they are truthfully feel high or low because their medication isn't balanced to tell them? What about the psychotropic prescription pill users who consume caffeine or alcohol that adds insult to medical injury and increases their unhealthy side effects with their medical treatment plans? What about  the "health" retail items that are not even FDA approved?

If you want to discriminate against smokers CVS Pharmacy then go right ahead - but for me; I will continue to pay my higher rate of health care insurance and legally light up and if other corporations choose to quit selling tobacco to stop a smoker from smoking; I will grow my own natural tobacco!

A Person I Used to Know never would contradict nor boldly state the obvious of getting into public debate about anything of political or current news topics. For this person believed, their voice and their experience could never be validated nor even valued by no one but self.

For the close critics she knew as family was more rejection than she could take to allow anyone else in to trust them to be open and honest with them. She would not share her opinions or her views and inquiries for along time. Not until she met people who believed in her and motivated her and encouraged her was she able to trust others and trust her intuition of self to share her experiences. This person used to be me.

I felt like I had no voice for myself. I had no right to have an opinion. I had no right to raise questions or raise inquiries about anything that went on this world - even if it affected me personally. I had no right to get involved, unless I was asked too and then it was only to the wishes of the person asking for something to be done specifically to their catering. Not anymore.

For if anything, in all the years of my former silence - this had taught me that I deserved to be spoken to as a human being but I also deserve to be heard, just like anyone else does with issues that affect them.

I speak, even though, I am not extremely educated nor am I in a wealthy social status or even that I am smart in any particular subject; but I still deserve to speak and be heard because I have a voice and my views matter too. Just like every one else who enacts their legal right to use their Freedom of Speech in America!

My personal experience of who I used to be and who I am now - has taught me that using your voice will not only help you and contribute to others as well. It is because of our shared experiences and nothing more that we give and receive the greatest assets of being humans progressing together. A wonderful asset of humanity that can be found no other way than sharing experiences.

The price of speaking up or talking about anything of conflict can produce hurt, but when your motives are true and you want to enlighten another to think outside their comfort zone - speaking of personal experience is the only way to go.

You learn as much about your self in your own values and the mistakes needed to be corrected as you do to guide another.

Isn't that taking the most valuable asset we have in our experiences and sharing it with others to give awareness, prevention, and problem solving a whole new meaning to produce effective solutions that is fair and equal for every one?

Not many would agree, as they are more comfortable as problem creators in their homes, families, jobs and in their personal health issues than they are problem solvers.

I do not ever like calling out any specific people for how they live their life as long as they are law abiding and moral people.

But thanks to you, CVS Pharmacy for doing just that by discriminating sales to legal age smoking customers. If you are not going to be fair to remove all unhealthy items for retail sale, then leave tobacco alone or be honest of your factual motives for doing this. Consumer minds want to know the truth and facts. Health prevention and healthier consumer movements do not cut it!

I never purchased from your store and never will now. But to call out tobacco as the worst unhealthy product to buy; it will only be your profits that you will hurt. For what does go around, will come around in financial Karma business games that produce discrimination.

Here are a few facts about unhealthy consumer purchasing choices that contribute to cancer specifically by the National Cancer Institute at: http://www.cancer.gov. These facts are for you CVS Pharmacy!

Tobacco:
Tobacco is the leading cause of preventable illness and death in the United States. It causes many different cancers as well as chronic lung diseases, such as emphysema and bronchitis, and heart disease.

P.S. Tobacco consumption is the most visible unhealthy product use - so it makes it the most targeted for critics and discriminators too.

Alcohol:
Heavy or regular alcohol consumption increases the risk of developing cancers of the oral cavity (excluding the lips), pharynx (throat), larynx (voice box), esophagus, liver, breast, colon, and rectum. The risk of developing cancer increases with the amount of alcohol a person drinks.

P.S. Alcohol consumption produces unhealthy Body Mass Index and obesity that contributes to diabetes and unhealthy weight to increase other health risk factors.

Obesity:
During the past several decades, the percentage of overweight and obese adults and children has increased markedly.
Obesity is associated with increased risks of cancers of the esophagus, breast (postmenopausal), endometrium (the lining of the uterus), colon and rectum, kidney, pancreas, thyroid, gallbladder, and possibly other cancer types.
Obese people are also at higher risk of coronary heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, diabetes, and a number of other chronic diseases.

P.S. Obesity can occur from unhealthy food choices, sugar addictions, soda addictions, and unhealthy diet and lack of exercise when consuming unhealthy food products. Alcohol contributes to obesity and unhealthy Body Mass Index scores that give prelude to increased health conditions when addicted to high carb or sugars with no exercise to burn off what is digested.

Addiction facts by: http://www.thefreedictionary.com/addiction.
- The condition of being habitually or compulsively occupied with or or involved in something.
- Compulsive physiological and psychological need for a habit-forming substance

Very few individuals in this world are not unhealthy addicts to something that can be purchased in retail stores.

Tobacco users are already discriminated against financially when reporting to their private health care insurance companies that they smoke. I know personally, for our family pays an increased $40 a year on our maximum family health care cost because I choose to be addicted to cigarettes and choose to report it to our health insurance company, so I will never be denied treatment should tobacco ever cause a severe health issue in me. It has not so far after 20 years of use. I have had more health complications and expenses produced from prescription medications that were supposed to help me and recreational alcohol use than I have ever from a cigarette. I am on no prescription medication with doctor approval and could be on anything I want if I choose to take them. Cigarettes are my safest medication of choice and a pleasurable addiction.

I do have diagnosed medical conditions but these conditions are genetic based and medical side effects produced from trauma and criminal abuse that I endured as a child.

No one is banning registered child abusers from being consumers of children's products or banning the obese people from buying a candy bar or a person that wreaks of alcohol from buying another beer - so why ban tobacco?

To call one product out that produces unhealthy risk side effects without restricting them all is discrimination and not a very wise customer service effort to produce healthy customers.

People were surviving years long before medical care coverage became a political game, as well as a profit and tax credit business.

Millions survived without seeking medical services and will continue to when push comes to shove of restricting people's choices to buy and sale as they wish. I speak from personal medical experiences of my own life and health issues.

I go to a doctor to get a diagnosis but I research what can I do to help myself and my health and medical conditions I have. Medical care is a just a GPS medical defect locator for me - but I steer the course of my health conditions. I research. I learn how to build new upon the old of my life through education and knowledge that will help me to help myself. I eat a healthy balanced diet. My healthy BMI for my height and weight prove this fact of me. Without the traumatic circumstances of my life and poorly shaped genetic feet; I'd be as healthy as anyone else and in fact, look healthier than most - with or without my legal choice to use tobacco!

For hundreds like me, that I do know personally - Mind over matter is still the most important factor to retaining a sound mind, healthy body, and productive brain - with or without a choice made to what unhealthy products a person chooses to use.

Best wishes to you CVS Pharmacy on your new "health" agenda and customer discrimination.
May your discriminating public announcement to tobacco users follow with loss of business that will leave you questioning and answering, "What is health prevention from unhealthy retail items and what are the profitable products after all?" In terms of healthy and unhealthy in all consumer products and the health risks associated with each - you have more research to do and a public speech to be made of the factual reasons of your motives of doing this.

If you think most people control or even care about their medical health - think again and research the statistics.

America is a spoiled abundant nation with many citizen addicts who increase their diabetic issues while continuing to drink soda and eat sugar food. The obese individuals that will not lose weight even with threats of heart attack, stroke, knee joint bone issues and general weight issues.

Individuals who seek medical care to get diagnosed and do not like their diagnosis so they do not change their lifestyle to produce the healthiness they need; like we all choose to do or not to do.

One individual unhealthy discrimination does not make it right to slam another. But in a health care system of America where we all will pay the ultimate cost for what each of us do - you better believe,  I am going to throw out my words of my views too. What produces high medical cost for one in unhealthy choices will be financially contributed to another!

CVS Pharmacy - Do not squint so hard at one bad product to prevent sales - when you might put your own eyes and wallet out while doing it!

Is Individual Neglect a Primary Factor in Social and Family Problems?

Respect. What is respect? What does respect personally mean to you? What does respect actively extended to others demonstrate to you? What is your relationship with the word Respect?

Is respect a positive, healthy and favorable feeling, emotion or action you enjoy to participate in? Is respect a negative, unhealthy, immature or uncomfortable feeling, emotion or action you choose not to engage in? Perhaps, fear to give respect and fearing even more to embrace standards of personal and individual respect in your life have hindered your life?

Basically, do you think that you respect yourself? Do you think others respect you? Would you call the respect in your life that you have as a healthy, mature respect to self and others? Or only an unhealthy, immature respect for yourself and you extend this to others harshly? Is respect an equal opportunity or only given to social hierarchies?

The higher and powerful occupational and religious role is; the most the respect is given to them. The more money you have, the more respect you have. The less you have, the less respect you gain. Is this what the majority define when thinking about respect and what it means in 2014?

Respect is a word that should be a primary guide to one's life to produce effective happiness, contentment, and self-fulfillment before respect can be beneficially extended to others. Why? Because if you can not be respectful and accepting of yourself; how can you possibly know or be safe to respect others when you void yourself of respect in your own life?

Respect is a powerful word. For centuries this word has created and controlled many slaves and individuals who were vulnerable or naive and would do anything to feel they belonged and had purpose in this life or it was due to unfair and even cruel laws.

Respect was a word that primarily illustrated fear - though, in factual definition; there is no relation of respect and fear to provoke complete submission from another. Perhaps, we still have alot more to learn about what respect is.

Until we learn more individual understanding of this word, for many, respect will be harshly activated to increase human harm and prey upon the weaknesses of others to create submission or manipulations.

Instead of being a team player to one another, it's as if we take steps up a large ladder to follow of those higher than we on the social scale so that we may one day reach their superior hierarchy of this respect. Respect usually comes down to being accepted or wanting to be accepted and doing what one must feel to achieve either/or of this task to give or receive respect.

A Person I Used to Know was trained about the word of Respect as something to fear. Fear to only give respect to others. Fear to never have respect for self. Individuality was not taught as a character strength nor was respect to be individually accepted either.

For the abusers of her life preached, praised and taught children that respect was a submissive power to be used as a manipulation technique to produce favorable religious beliefs, keep human abuse secret, and to create silent hostages that were never taught how to be the person they wanted to be. For these abusers were older, supposedly wiser, more skillful, and more experienced about the world and living to survive life. Their ways were the only option given. You had no choices.

You dare never seek to become your own individual respectful person - for surely if you did - you would be an outcast for betraying their primary beliefs, religions, and the family social order of hierarchy structure of life. This was not just the paternal side of family but this was also the maternal family as well. As a child, teenager and trying to break into adulthood, this gal had a lot of healthy and mature learning to do on her own if she ever hoped to move beyond the dysfunctional and medical repercussions that these immature and unhealthy experiences of her life had taught and been disciplined into her about the word of respect.

This person was me. I learned to respect other people without regards to their financial, economical, geographical or social hierarchy positions. For me personally, it was treating them all as the individual they deserved to be treated as and accepting them what I could depending on the lifestyle differences especially that of abuse or illegal substance abuse for those who choose to conceal their pain with unhealthy habits instead of getting the help they needed. But I sought to produce acceptance into others that I was seeking to find and restore my own respectful entities that I never had.

I never knew the unconditionally loving words of: I love you. I am proud of you. You are very good at this. You are very good at that. I was never told that respectful people follow the law, do not lie to those they love, do not seek to harm others who harm you or even that respect was a word that I could apply and use in my life to protect my life and add personal value to myself.

I matured and grew through my adult life to gain this. It was a having a wonderful support system and individuals I looked too who did respect their self and their life that I finally was able to find my respectful footing in life and even apply healthier skills and learning so that I was able and still am learning to build new upon the old of my life.

But as a growing child and teenager who needs their words and actions to build them up to produce their own individuality - it would never come from family and still never have. For nothing good would ever come from them without me doing something for their benefit first. Was that way the whole time I was submissive and trapped to my genetic family.

I have only reconciled with distant family members who were not present during my youth that have helped me to grow my identity and individuality because of the advocacy work I have done to prevent and increase child abuse as an adult. Which is ironic the reunion we gained from this , but it was in finding my own values, boundaries, and what I wanted of Respect definition and application in my life personally that I was able to define who I am. That I was able to find lawful and moral people who helped me as much as I ever could help them. That I was able to find family that I never knew existed. Even if I tried and failed, I would try.

I learned or survived along time ago in my experiences that life is like walking like a toddler every day. A toddler will wobble, fall down, face plant in slides on the floor; and depending on how witnesses react - they will stand back up with out a tear or they will merely cry out, not in pain but that of embarrassment and need a little coaxing of comfort to get right back up until they do it again. For their wobble stages of walking barefoot and with shoes will take some time to master. But for each time they fall, they will rise and keep right on going with a resilience and persistence that they never give. I figured even if I try and fail or my techniques of assisting others were questioned or not easily understood - that as long as I tried to get actively get involved with the unfairness or unlawfulness or immoral I have experienced in my life; that I may not get the primary reward to see immediate progression but if my efforts would benefit another down the line of time to have a safer, more secure, protective and equal opportunity for production; I'd always stand. I have and will never give up to do what I need to in learning to build new upon the old of myself and to keep standing to help others who need some one to look out for them and speak up for them.

Factually - this is what the dictionary states about Respect from: http://www.thefreedictionary.com/respect.

- To feel or show deferential regard for; esteem
- To avoid violation of or interference with
- A feeling of appreciative
- Willingness to show consideration or appreciation
- A detail, point, or characteristic; particular
- To show consideration for; treat courteously or kindly proper acceptance or courtesy

Many people fail one another in time because respect has been neglected in each individual. What may start out only as a small or mild problem of feeling disrespected will surely increase into mounds of problems and troubles when respect if failed to be adhered as a primary value upon each individual person's life.

When a person isn't respected and valued, they are individually invalidated. The words to judge them, critize them and belittle them does tear down the esteem of who they are. They feel they are not as important as some one else. They feel they are being taken for granted and will never be good enough. They feel that the situation is only getting worse and that no end of relief is in sight.

Whether the issues arises from finances, harmful addictions, economics, geography, selfishness, being a bully or just by being a rude, cruel, mean person. What ever causes these problems of the ability to respect self and respect others; it produces destruction and devastation with individuals in family units, friendships, and in relationships of partners or marriage and with the off springs that relationships and careless prevention to sex produces too.

Even parents can be detrimentally terrible leaders when it comes placing and shaping individual value upon their children or teenagers. For many want their children or teenagers to become as they want them to be. To a degree based upon parental experience of life - this is healthy to keep a child and teenager safe. But to an unhealthy, unrealistic and immature view or lack of knowledge on the parent's behalf - it only decreases the self-value and self-esteem that a child or teenager produces in their self worth because of how their parents render them or teach them to be.

I have witnessed more in my lifetime than anyone could imagine. The stories shared with me. The many tears of others who I comforted and supported against all odds of loyalty to them and respect for them; that if my life ended today - I know the progression steps I have taken as much into adulthood as I ever did as a child or teenager.  These experiences of sharing with others about abuse, pain, trauma, addictions, and crimes has taught me alot of how much of my own work I have had to do in personal maturing and learning new mature and healthier skills to assist others to make up for what I never got long ago. To build upon the old of myself.

In learning, sharing, and continuing to grow myself - I am making my own self-respect that is actually producing more peaceful, serene, and a respectful environment all around me. For I still get disrespected every day in my home. Being in a marriage or as parent of a teenager; disrespect is a factual daily occurrence for most. It will never be equal sharing of respect. But it does come down to a checks and balance system of respect.

To know what battles of respect are worth fighting for or trying to correct and which ones to let go of when sharing space with anyone or even with dealing with difficult people. Keeping a focus on the bigger picture or larger goal you are hoping to achieve helps alot too when dealing with the same people or difficult people every single day too. Taking the mature and healthier road to create solutions, compromises and treating each person equal and as an individual person helps alot too. For even if they deny the respect you seek - as long as you are happy or content with what you are doing; no one can really disrespect you without your consent to get emotionally upset or thought filled of frustration. Let it be or let them go.

Respect is a word taught by many superior to another. Whether in age, employment title, hierarchy of religion or politics or families - it happens - when it should not. For to receive respect, one must earn it by the actions they extend to others. If you are not willing to be kind, nice and mature to others; then do not demand them to be in compliance with you. Even if you eat crow to be fair and simple in respectful matters; what you do will come back to you as a reward. So go on and try to be respectful to yourself and extend to others.

Humans do complicate many things about living and surviving life that it is amazing that any one finds a true, natural, centered balance of contentment and happiness. But these goals are worth achieving and extending to share with others as well as receiving them for your self.

Respect presents one fact of truth that if you do not respect yourself - how can possibly give it to others; when you do not know or will not place this value upon your mirror reflection of self? What respectful person of yourself were you a year ago? What respectful person of yourself are you now? There is where your work of progression is waiting for you too.
